The principals of Speed Merchants Ltd have presented driving events at tracks all over the midwest, including GingerMan Raceway, Blackhawk Farms, Road America, Grattan, the new Autobahn Country Club, even an airport race course.
Most of our events have been at GingerMan Raceway, a challenging and safe 1.9 mile road racing course at South Haven, Michigan. GingerMan Raceway is 2 hours from downtown Chicago. Visit GingerMan's website by clicking here.
Autobahn Country Club was new in 2005. Conveniently located to Chicago in Joliet, Illinois, Autobahn CC provides a luxurious private club setting and challenging race courses of 1.4 and 2.1 mile lengths. Learn more about Autobahn Country Club here.
Blackhawk Farms Raceway at Rockton, Illinois, is a 2.0 mile road racing course. More established than GingerMan, it offers a wooded setting. Blackhawk Farms is also about 2 hours from downtown Chicasgo. Click here to visit the Blackhawk Farms website.
These facilities can provided catered or concession stand snacks and meals. All have covered, protected meeting areas and decent rest room facilities. GingerMan Raceway and Autobahn Country Club have the advantage of access 100% of the time. At Blackhawk Farms, the entrance road crosses the track, so access is available only between track sessions.
If you have access to a large paved area clear of obstacles, we can probably set up a driving exercise at your location as well.
